Flute Repair and Restoration

Over many years people have come to me asking if I could repair a Native
American flute that I did not create. I admit that I have had reservations about
attempting repairs to a flute someone else created but when you consider that
many flutes are bought at Pow Wow's or New Age stores and that often the
flute's creator was not even present at the time of sale, this makes it difficult to
find the creator to repair the flute later if it should need repair. Sometimes the
store has closed since the purchase of the flute leaving the caretaker of a flute
without a way to connect with the flute artist. In this case I would rather repair the
flute than neglect it to time and eventually falling out of favor due to it's
Non-working condition.

To this end I am offering to the public a "Love Flute Repair Service". If you have
a flute or know of someone who does that is in need of repair please e-mail me
at ancient forest music to discuss details about the nature of the damage and
we will work together to bring this flute back into service if possible.
